Welcome to Cappadona-pizza.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and the purchase of any food or beverages from our establishment.
By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Immediate Order Processing: By completing your payment on our website, your order is confirmed and the contract is formed immediately. Because our kitchen begins preparation instantly to ensure freshness, you cannot modify or cancel your order after payment.
Pre-payment Requirement: All orders must be paid in full via our online payment gateway. We do not offer “Cash on Delivery.”
Service Availability: In the exceptional event that we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock, kitchen technical failure, or delivery issues), we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times for refunds are outside of our control and depend on your financial institution.
Prices: All prices are listed in AED (Dirhams of the UAE) and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards. Payment must be cleared before the order is prepared.
Delivery Area: We only deliver to specific zones. If your address is outside our radius, we will notify you immediately.
Estimated Times: Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to be punctual, factors like traffic, weather, and kitchen volume may cause delays.
Customer Presence: You must be available to receive the order at the provided address. If you are not present, the order may be left at your door (if safe) or discarded. No refunds will be issued for failed delivery due to customer absence.
Disclaimer: We list ingredients for our dishes, but cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.
Responsibility: If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering. Cappadona-pizza.com cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Final Sale: All orders placed through our website are final. Since our products are perishable and prepared fresh immediately upon order confirmation, we do not allow any cancellations once the payment has been processed.
No Refunds: As we operate on a pre-paid online payment basis only, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the order is placed, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or mistake in ordering.
Customer not being present at the delivery address.
Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
Exceptions: Refunds or credits may only be considered at the sole discretion of Cappadona-pizza.com in the event of a documented quality issue or if the wrong item was delivered, provided it is reported within 30 minutes of receipt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cappadona-pizza.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the consumption of our products.
