At Cappdona-pizza.com, we take pride in the quality of our fresh pizzas. Because our products are perishable and prepared immediately upon your order and payment, we operate under a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy.
Once an order is placed and the payment is processed online, it is considered final. Since our system verifies your delivery address before you can order, we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind or accidental orders.
Orders placed outside our delivery zone that were bypassed by user error.
Incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If our driver arrives at the validated address and is unable to reach you via the phone number provided after multiple attempts, the order will be marked as “Failed Delivery.” In this case, the food will be disposed of for safety reasons, and no refund will be issued.
We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. A refund, partial refund, or credit may be issued only in the following circumstances:
Wrong Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Quality Issues: If the food is documented as damaged upon arrival.
Non-Delivery: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to kitchen issues or internal delivery failures.
If there is a mistake on our part, you must report it within 30 minutes of the delivery time:

We will investigate the claim and, if verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times in the UAE typically take 15 to 20 working days and are beyond our control.
